IMPORTANT NOTICE ON CUSTOM GOODS:
Because the songs we create are custom-made specifically to your personal specifications (Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, Section 42(2)(d)), they are exempt from the standard "cooling-off" period and right of return.
1. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel within 24 hours of ordering AND before we have started writing, we will issue a full refund.
2. Revisions
Once delivered, we do not offer money-back refunds if you simply "don't like the vibe."
Note on Revisions: "The Director's Cut" and "The Composer's Suite" include revision rounds to tweak the song. "The Single" is a zero-revision package—we fix technical errors only.
